JAKARTA, Indonesia — Two men accused of having sex with each other were each sentenced on Wednesday to 85 lashes in public, the first case of people being punished for homosexuality in the Indonesian province of Aceh under a strict version of Shariah law. The sentences alarmed rights activists, who called the punishment excessive and a dangerous turn of events in Aceh, a semiautonomous province that has imposed a strict version of Shariah, the legal code of Islam. News reports said that vigilantes had caught the two men naked in bed, and that the two had pleaded not to be reported to the Shariah police. The two were then beaten, an attack recorded on video, and were later taken to a local police station. Not interested in them anymore?

Men who have sex with men - Wikipedia
The advent of the internet has made these discreet, anonymous encounters with curious men incredibly easy. There is little, or nothing, in the way of guilt. I was initially sceptical, but this arrangement seems to work for everyone: the wife knows she has no competition from another woman; the husband knows he does not want a life with another man. Other straight men are keen to try a threesome with a gay couple, as my husband and I have discovered using hook-up apps.

Men who have sex with men MSM , also known as males who have sex with males , are male persons who engage in sexual activity with members of the same sex, regardless of how they identify themselves. The term MSM was created in the s by epidemiologists to study the spread of disease among men who have sex with men, regardless of identity. It does not describe any specific sexual activity, and which activities are covered by the term depends on context. First, it was pursued by epidemiologists seeking behavioral categories that would offer better analytical concepts for the study of disease-risk than identity-based categories such as "gay", " bisexual ", or "straight" , because a man who self-identifies as gay or bisexual is not necessarily sexually active with men, and someone who identifies as straight might be sexually active with men. Second, its usage is tied to criticism of sexual identity terms prevalent in social construction literature which typically rejected the use of identity-based concepts across cultural and historical contexts.
Having sex with someone can be an intense experience that can take a lot of emotional and physical energy. The psychological and social effects of living with HIV can sometimes result in a loss of interest in sex. Some men may be unconcerned by this change. For others, sexual expression is a huge part of who they are. Losing interest in sex or experiencing difficulties such as getting or keeping an erection are common.
